Dunkineely Phase 2 Donegal
Social Housing
This project involved the construction of 9 housing units and associated site works and infrastructure works. Phase 1 works had been completed at an earlier stage. The company sourced a locally based supply chain, specialist items were suitably outsourced to ensure compliance with specification and quality standard. Mechanical, Electrical, sub contractors were sourced for the project with priority given to local contractors. All sub contractors including specialist window and door suppliers were co-ordinated to suit the construction programme.

New Build APARTMENTS, OMAGH
This project consisted of the construction of 6 new apartments traditionally built using a combination of rendered blockwork, stone featured panels, composite aluminium windows and doors. The roof was finished with fibre cement slates, floors were constructed using concrete hollow core slabs and concrete precast communal staircase.

The Hillview Nursing Home project relates to construction of a new 3 storey, 57 bedroom nursing home and acute care facility. An existing care home was already located on the site and it remained occupied during the entire construction process.
